1. Morality over competence, competence over diploma;
2. Never employ a base person, a disloyal person, or a person who refuses to study;
3. Talent value-added target over financial value-added target;
4. Evaluate contribution on the basis of quantified performance rather than seniority or scholarly attainments;
5. Introduce talents, and eliminate non-performers. No progress means you will be reduced to a non-performer some day.
